A Poem for someone I love

For,
the foods you make,
the pains you take,
the way you cover up my mistake,
Mom, I'm sorry, i've never been humble..

For,
all the love you gave,
all the money you saved,
all the good things you said,
Dad i'm sorry I never appreciated..

For,
all the harsh words,
all the good words i left unheard,
all the time I acted like an absurd,
I'm sorry, I've been a terrible daughter..

So,
now I promise to make your mouth ache with
laughs
not your heart with words,
fill the your eyes with happy tear,
not the sad tear,
i want to be the reason you smile everyday,
and be your best daughter..
